Cabinet Construction: All sides are 1” (2.5cm) thick high density particle board Thermally fused with melamine. All backs are either 3/4” (1.9cm) or 1” (2.5cm) thick (based on current production inventory) high density particle board thermally fused with melamine. Cabinets are fastened with 3/4” (1.9cm) steel screws and 1” (2.5cm) heavy gauge steel brackets. Cabinets are edged on all exposed sides with 3mm low emission PVC impact resistant edging. All cabinets are fitted as standard with four adjustable steel levelling glides in black, threaded into a steel t-nut with a maximum height of 1.25” (3.17cm). Surfaces: 1” (2.5cm) thick Spillproof Thermoform with choice of 6 standard profiles and matching any standard melamine finish. Custom finishes available. All surfaces made with radius edges. Drawer and Door Construction: 3/4” (1.9cm) Thermally fused melamine drawer faces drilled into the 5 sided vinyl wrapped drawers, full extension steel ball bearing slides rated to 100lbs each Drawers come standard with choice of 6 handles
