  • How can I check my order status?

Visit our order status page or call 866-800-0028. Have your order number available.

  • How will my furniture be delivered?

That depends on the item and its weight and size. Methods include FedEx, tailgate

and inside delivery. Most seating will ship unassembled, via UPS/FEDEX – with

desking and panel system to be shipped via LTL Carrier. Standard shipping term is

tailgate delivery –unless specified otherwise upon order placement. Additional

service available: Curb Side Delivery, Inside and White Glove Installation.

  • How long will it take for my products to arrive?

Generally, chairs will ship within 2-5 business days, In-stock products will arrive in

one to two weeks. Made-to-order products arrive in 4-5 weeks. Expedited service

available.

  •  Are volume discounts available?

Yes. Please connect with our volume dept to inquire for steeper discount quote on

  •  Are color samples available?

Yes, call 866-800-0028. We will send you free fabric and wood samples via USPS.

  •  Do you have a GSA contract?

Yes, The Office Leader holds a Schedule 71 Furniture Contract, number GS-27F-001CA. Call our GSA specialists at 866-

  • Do you offer assembly/installation services?

Yes. We work with assembly firms throughout the United States. Call 866-800-0028 and a sales representative will put you in touch with the nearest assembly firm.

  •  What is the method of order placement we offer?

Orders can be placed via Fax, Email, or EDI. Customer will receive a 24 hour order acknowledgement emailed over for review, with tracking available upon shipping. All TLT shipments will receive a call ahead of delivery.

  •  What is your return policy?

Returns and cancellations after shipment must be authorized in advance and are subject to round trip shipping charges with a percentage for restocking fee. (Return policy does not apply for custom built items). Product must be in their original packaging in order to be returned. Please call 866-800-0028 within 30 days of receiving your items and a Customer Service Representative will assess your situation.

  •  What payment methods do you offer?

The Office Leader accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and all government credit cards. In addition, open credit is available for those who qualify – ranging from Net 30 – Net 90.
