• Top Construction:   All tops are manufactured using 1” thick material with the upgraded options of:
  • 1.5” TFL
  • 1” HPL
  • 1” Thermofoil
  • 1” HD Medical Grade Thermofoil
  • 1” Solid Surface
• Drawers:   All drawers are 5 sided high strength MDF material wrapped in moisture resistant vinyl, mitre joint constructed and assembled with heavy duty steel staple coupling.

• Hardware:  All units excluding tables are fully assembled using 3/4” zinc pan head screws & 1 3/4” steel corner
  brackets.
• Edge Banding: All edge material is constructed of a solid, high-impact, rigid, low emissivity 3mm PVC. PVC edge is
  machine applied with a hot melt adhesive then finished by trimming, buffing and chamfering the
  edges. All exposed edges are edged with the same 3mm PVC.
• Hardware:  15 standard handles & 12 optional handles are available, custom handles are available if the centre to centre measurement is 128mm (5.039”).
• Hinges:  Exposed full overlay 165° opening, hardmounted to door front and gables with wood screws.
• Drawer Slides:  125 lb. capacity full extension slides with safety stopper extension & accident prevention safety clip.
• Locks:  Key lock is a solid zinc die-cast cam, lock housing, cylinder & plug finished in Nickel. 2 numbered keys included with lock. Additional keys, core key or master key available.
  Digital combination locks are a pinpad activated combination lock powered by a CR2032 button cell battery. Micro USB master key available.
• Adjustable Shelf Pins:  5mm clear plastic shelf support with steel pin, load capacity of 80kg (176 lb) per shelf.
• Leveling Glides:  1/4” thick steel levelling glide with t-nut combination. Thread with a maximum height of 1.75”.
• Laminate: TFM is a naturally antibacterial, aseptic material with the following characteristics:
  • Wear Resistance: Solid Colours 450 cycles, Woodgrain 150 cycles
  • Appearance: No surface defects
  • Scratch Resistance: 3,4 N*
